The salon has such a welcoming, beautiful atmosphere, and Dr Jae always gives me the perfect cut that fits me so well.

Dr. Jae is truly an amazing hairstylist! From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she genuinely cares about the health of your hair. She gave me the best silk press. My hair came out so smooth, shiny, and full of body. What impressed me the most is how healthy and thick my hair looks and feels. This was my first time in her chair and I will be back! I had an amazing experience at KBB Salon! Fantastic job on my hair! Very professional, attentive and truly skilled. I went without the needed hair to complete my appointment and the assistant took her time in the snow we had to go get this for me! Now if that’s not exceptional!!! They even offered snacks to the clientele at no charge unbelievable. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Great salon, but managing five to six clients at a time, resulting in a three-hour appointment is kind of crazy. Perhaps appointments can be spaced out in a a way that benefits both the client and the stylist. Stylist was great, though.

My appointment was at 5:45. I got there about 4:50 and was out by 5:15. I only got a designer cut, but still I was in and out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

My service with Journey was perfect! She is very knowledgeable, kind, took time to understand my hair needs, and my hair looks exactly the way I wanted it!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair styled by Kalena the owner and she was nothing short of amazing. She has definitely gained a new client. From the time I walked through the door until the time I left the energy was great, atmosphere was amazing and she styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Everyone was nice and welcoming it just felt right. 10/10 I do recommend!

Let me start off by saying from the phone call I knew it was gonna be a great experience. I called in with the ultimate hair crisis, I bleached my hair at home and nearly fried it off. I came into the salon, was warmly welcomed in and paired with Kelsey. She heard all my concerns and formulated the best color to correct the travesty I had created. The pictures speak for themselves, I highly recommend you go ahead and book yourself an appointment with these wonderful women.
