On April 17th my home burned down. Everything I owned went up in flames. I had let the Salon know the circumstances and that I had to deal with the aftermath of what occurred. I set another appointment and I was called and asked could I switch to a Friday. At my friends urging, I went. I came on time . I patiently waited as three people were being worked on. Then a woman who had just had her hair washed was put before me. I had waited over two hours by then. I still kept telling myself well you will feel better after your hair is done. when she got to me , When I finally got in the chair she left to take phone calls. I waited again , I still kept the faith. W hen she returned I flinched several times she was in a hurry. After all that waiting she took ten minutes on my hair . My scalp was irritated . When I got home my friend looked at my scalp and said it was red in various spots. I believe she is a really talented Beautician But running through several people and giving them all good service is difficult, I will continue to wish the salon the best, but I have to address my wounds and bow out.

I had such an excellent day at KBB salon today. It was my birthday today and I wanted a change...Ms. Jae delivered.❤️The entire staff ad a whole were so welcoming. Everyone is very talented and very professional. Nit to mention, my husband loves my new do❣️

I am giving a 5 only because I found Ms Jae professional as well as delightful. I was caught off guard by the pricing simply because when it gets to 365.00 dollars , you should provide a receipt with a break down of cost. I realize that Black businesses are being hit hard by current economic constraints ,so I look forward to my next visit and will support accordingly.

Top tier!!!! I’ve known Kaleena fr a while but lost contact when I moved to Cali finally found her on good ole IG and had to get her to do my gbaby’s hair. Per usual she never fails or misses!! When I tell you she’s the best know that she is!! My baby’s hair looks phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back for my hair to be done!!

I was not happy with my service this time for a couple of reasons. Every time I come to the salon I book the same service but each vist I get charged a different price. Today I got charged $310.00 for a platinum color even though the website says it cost $290.00, which includes a cut and nourishing treatment both of which I did not receive. Then when I get home in natural light my hair has many areas of gold tone, so it\'s not even platinum.

Very happy with the service, highly recommend this salon.

The salon has such a welcoming, beautiful atmosphere, and Dr Jae always gives me the perfect cut that fits me so well.

Dr. Jae is truly an amazing hairstylist! From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she genuinely cares about the health of your hair. She gave me the best silk press. My hair came out so smooth, shiny, and full of body. What impressed me the most is how healthy and thick my hair looks and feels. This was my first time in her chair and I will be back! I had a great experience at KBB salon. Kalena was my stylist. She was extremely professional, fast, educated me on my hair and did an amazing job styling my hair. I also loved the atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience at KBB Salon! Fantastic job on my hair! Very professional, attentive and truly skilled. I went without the needed hair to complete my appointment and the assistant took her time in the snow we had to go get this for me! Now if that’s not exceptional!!! They even offered snacks to the clientele at no charge unbelievable. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Great salon, but managing five to six clients at a time, resulting in a three-hour appointment is kind of crazy. Perhaps appointments can be spaced out in a a way that benefits both the client and the stylist. Stylist was great, though.

My appointment was at 5:45. I got there about 4:50 and was out by 5:15. I only got a designer cut, but still I was in and out. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

My service with Journey was perfect! She is very knowledgeable, kind, took time to understand my hair needs, and my hair looks exactly the way I wanted it!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair styled by Kalena the owner and she was nothing short of amazing. She has definitely gained a new client. From the time I walked through the door until the time I left the energy was great, atmosphere was amazing and she styled my hair exactly how I wanted. Everyone was nice and welcoming it just felt right. 10/10 I do recommend!

Let me start off by saying from the phone call I knew it was gonna be a great experience. I called in with the ultimate hair crisis, I bleached my hair at home and nearly fried it off. I came into the salon, was warmly welcomed in and paired with Kelsey. She heard all my concerns and formulated the best color to correct the travesty I had created.
