Cancellation Policy:
Please be advised that cancellations made up to [72 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made [72 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate]. 

As a one-time courtesy, the [half of the service rate] can be applied to a future appointment. The following will be granted if: The client has not previously canceled or rescheduled any appointments. 
 

Late Policy: Please arrive to your appointment on time. You will have a 15 minute grace period for most appointments. We ask that you immediately enter the building upon your appointment time. Due to COVID-19, we also ask that you do not bring any additional guests. Children are not allowed in the salon. Clients will receive a 10-minute courtesy call reminder. After the grace period has passed the appointment will be canceled and the client will be charged [half of the service rate]. Appointments that are 30 minutes and less (i.e. color consultations, hair consultations, and hair cuts only) only have a 5 minute grace period. After this timeframe has passed the client's appointment will be canceled and the client will be charged [half of the service rate]. This appointment will have to be rescheduled. 

Rescheduling: A client may reschedule an appointment [72 hours] in advance with no penalty. LIMIT of 2 reschedules per appointment. 

Age Restrictions: KBB Salon does not offer services to clients under the age of 12 years old.
